How to create SUBDOMAIN in GTM zone runner

we have already created xyz.com and now we would like to create test.xyz.com subdomain and assign CNAME xyz.universal.com, could you please help me out how to connfigure it.

    If you want test.xyz.com to be a CNAME for xyz.universal.com you just need to create that CNAME record in the xyz.com zone. I.E create test.xyz.com. 1800 IN CNAME xyz.universal.com. in the xyz.com zone. You cannot put this is a new zone as a CNAME is not aloud for the root of a zone.
