How to create config file for virual servers and ASM policies to download it and instal it on another BIG IP?
I need to download config file from one BIG IP and install it to another BIG IP
Hi Y.Malookiy,
you may check out LTMs Single-Configuration-File (SCF) feature. It allows you to backup your configuration on Unit-A, strip or manipulate parts of the configuration and then restore it back on Unit-B.

if you intend to copy just a few parts of your configuration, you can copy them from bigip.conf file and then append them using "merge" command line.

Hi
For ASM, you need to export the policy in a file, or through API REST. - POST on /mgmt/tm/asm/tasks/export-policy - GET on /mgmt/tm/asm/file-transfer/downloads All this is quite well documented here
For LTM, you can use the Single-Configuration-File as described by Kai
