How to create bootable thumbdrive for 3900 LTM
Hello guys, we have a F5 device failure so we've got a new RMA'd box available now. Please guide me with the procedure to create bootable thumbdrive from other working F5 device placed at same location and how to proceed with installation.
thanks in advance :-)

hi
They could help me? I followed the steps in the link where it is mentioned as creating a bootalbe usb does not work, chances are I'm doing something wrong. what I am doing is this.
- The first thing I did was put on the USB the iso image
- Mount the usb in the /mnt/cd
- run the command mount -o loop BigIP-10.1.0.5399.0.iso /mnt/cd
- In the route cd /mnt/cd I run the command ./mkdisk but shows me that it does not, Do you know that this error is due?

this doc mainly shows command to create bootalbe USB via Linux workstation.
it is the same command you run on bigip device.
1. Log in to the Linux workstation or the BIG-IP system as root.
