How to configure internet access for the real servers behind the F5 linerate system

Is there a way to configure a virtual server or SNAT so that the real servers in the pools can have access the internet on the F5 linerate system? I know with the normal F5 system you can configure a...

I should also add that the real servers are using private IP addressing.
