How to configure BIGIP DNS to achieve below topology

I am new to DNS and don't know how to configure it for below senario, all the links or examples or videos i find on internet are about DNS configuration for Remote Datacenters however in our senario...

How you set it all up depends on several factors, but in short you need to setup a Listener, which is a special Virtual Server that listens for DNS-queries.

But that's basically as far as you can get without further information - should the DNS-zones you resolve exist on the BIG-IP (it being master) or should it be a slave (DNS Express) or should it just forward all DNS requests to a pool of DNS-servers you have?
