How to change the transaction timeout value for iControl REST API?

Hi,

 

I followed the steps in Chapter 5 of the iControl REST User guide and I am able to start and commit transactions. However, the default transaction timeout is 30 seconds.

 

Is there any way in which this timeout can be configured? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I don't believe there is a way to specify the transaction timeout explicitly. However, if you are using 12.0 there are the Asynchronous transactions that you don't have to wait for.
