It seems I am not able to raise F5 support case online, rather I have to call the helpdesk. Is it mean I have to attach the serial no. to my F5 profile? In that case how to attach the serial no ?

Nov 28, 2017Yes. While creating profile & f5 ask for serial number for verification purpose to identify valid user from XXXX organization. You can find the device serial number with use of below command.
tmsh show sys hardware | grep -i 'Chassis Serial'
