How to attach BIG-IP serial no. to my profile

It seems I am not able to raise F5 support case online, rather I have to call the helpdesk. Is it mean I have to attach the serial no. to my F5 profile? In that case how to attach the serial no ?

Yes. While creating profile & f5 ask for serial number for verification purpose to identify valid user from XXXX organization. You can find the device serial number with use of below command.

        tmsh show sys hardware | grep -i 'Chassis Serial'

Actually what I was trying to ask, after creating my profile with a valid serial number, if I need to add a new F5 device in my profile, what would be the steps?
