I have generated "tarball" logs.My question is how to analyse this file.Thismeans when we generate QKVIEW file we can analyse by uploading to F5's i-health .Is there any similar thing ther...

MVPthere is just iHealth, nothing standalone or such.
the logs themselves are just text files, you can view them with any text editor.
