How to add or forward source ip address to SMTP Server In F5

Hi everyone

I have Mail server run SMTP port 25 and 587,load balancing over F5, anh we used SNAT

And Now , Feature block Spam mail it will block all traffic IP Snat, So we want forward IP soure to server.

What we need to do?
