How to add BIGIP APM as application in Google cloud

Hi, I want to configure google authentication on BIGIP APM, but i don't know how to add BIGIP APM in Google cloud console as application, to use for the authentication. I've created free trial account at Google but i am not able to add the BIGIP APM at google cloud. Can any one does this and guide me step by step how to add.
