How should a customer file a bug against f5 api?
If I were you, I'd normally go with support case.

The DevCentral contact form is generally for providing feedback and getting help with DevCentral-related functions, such as registration or login issues and broken links. For issues with F5 products, your best bet is to open a support case with F5 Support. I will rename that contactSupport page because that message goes to DevCentral Support - not our Product Support pages. I will do that.
as for filing bugs i don't want to give the wrong advice... - can you provide better advice?
