Make a copy of the exchange iapp template and edit the implementation code. There are 3 instances of the number 993 and three instances of the number 995. Change those to 110 and 143, respectively.

Hi, you need to select "Unencrypted" in response to the "Will incoming traffic arrive at this BIG-IP system encrypted or unencrypted?" question. Effectively, this means you probably need to deploy the iApp a second time for POP/IMAP only, since the default for HTTP traffic from clients is encrypted (the only time it will be unencrypted HTTP is when you are receiving from another BIG-IP).
