There are few case, when you will notice high cpu in standby decide.

 

  1. During sync from active to Standby[i.e Incremental Sync, full box sync, etc.]
  2. Check if any tcpdump, backup script, qkview or asmqkview executed during specific time..
  3. run the unix top command in bash mode to check if any process is consuming more memory or cpu.
  4. If above points is good then open support case.

 

Above points will help you to solve issue.
