High CPU / Memory auto alert

Might be old for you genius guys, however I am new to scripting & iRules. Can anyone please suggest how shall we proceed further & script to get auto alert when there is high CPU & Memory utilization. How to deal with OIDs of CPU / Memory. Kindly suggest. Thanks in advance.
