Help with APM configuration and RDP
Hi all!
At my company we use a LTM+APM (BIG-IP 11.4.1 Build 625.0 Hotfix HF1). With the APM we provide VPN connections for developers and internal users. I have a problem with a very specific topic: when a user connects to the VPN is working perfectly, but is impossible to connect via RDP to that PC connected to VPN. When I check the assigned IP, is one from the pool defined for the VPN connections, when I check the presenting IP is the virtual IP from the LTM cluster.
I hope my question is clear, I can provide more details on demand. Thank for reading and I hope anybody can help me.
Best regards,
Rodrigo.

That's pretty simple - you have SNAT turned on on the pool and/or the APM Virtual. Without SNAT, you need to ensure that your routing is setup properly to route the connections destined to the connected VPN client PC via the BIG-IP.
I suggest you review this doc: https://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/products/big-ip_apm/manuals/product/f5-apm-operations-guide.html as it should help you with resolving many operational and configuration questions.
