Help Lost my F5 after Software activation

I ran some cammands I found on this site abd here is the result. Now I can no longer login login as: echo Using keyboard-interactive authentication. Password: Last login: Sat Aug 1 20:59:25 2015 from 10.1.1.105 01070827:3: User login disallowed: User (echo) is not an administrator, does not have a UID of zero, and has not been assigned a role on a partition. Current session has been terminated. Enter any key to end your session.

I logged in via the management IP and ran this command which got me back on the old version

Can any one tell me how to upgrade from 11.1 to 11.6 ????
