Yup Michael has it. You can autolaunch AppTunnels based on endpoint protection. However, if you want to 'autolaunch' a Portal Access favorite there really isn't a way to do this. The option here is to use the Intranet Webtop feature which effectively redirects the user, after logon, to the configured internal URL without showing the traditional FirePass Webtop.
