Hari, on a second thought, I do see an option... just go thru the help file under network access, and you may find an option to set N/w access to auto-launch with a delay after you've logged in... and you could configure new programs to lauch after the n/w access is established. This may not answer your question fully, but you may find this useful as a start point.
