In F5 Big-IP help monitor mark Pool member has been marked down by a monitor .
Health Monitors: Offline;
State Enabled
But i do ""telnet IP_server Port Number" is ok.
Pls explain and help...

GET /TTSP/
followed by 6 returns(there is no reason to have 6 of these btw)? Do you get 400 back? Usually without specifying the HTTP version, you will only get content back and not an HTTP status code. Try this instead:
GET /TTSP/ HTTP/1.0\r\n\r\nor
GET /TTSP/ HTTP/1.1\r\nHost: \r\nConnection: Close\r\n\r\nmimlo_61970Cumulonimbus
