The Healthcheck Source IP will be based on the dest route to the pool and the egress vlan/selfip to get there.

 

route Pool1 via 10.10.1.254 (F5 will use 10.10.1.1 selfip as source)

 

route Pool2 via 10.10.2.254 (F5 will use 10.10.2.1 selfip as source)
