HA_VLAN issue saying port or interface failure
HA_VLAN issue saying port or interface failure.
1.if a Vlan is down what does it really mean and what should i check 2.Received this alert in a VCMP but HA_trunk interface is only available in chassis 3.How can i troubleshoot these issues any commands or GUI help.

1.if a Vlan is down what does it really mean and what should i check
F5 is not a switch, so a vlan does not have status in a F5 device.
2.Received this alert in a VCMP but HA_trunk interface is only available in chassis
Check the vCMP host, interfaces and trunks going down will only be visible in the vCMP host.
3.How can i troubleshoot these issues any commands or GUI help.
Check the LTM logs in host for interfaces. Check LTM logs in the guest for HA connections failure.
Run this commands from the CLI:
less /var/log/ltm
The hardware used for vCMP, is called vCMP host, and the virtual F5s on top are called vCMP guests.
