HA sync status is showing disconnected in bigip LAB license

if both are active there probably is something wrong and they aren't talking to each other correctly.

 

are you using the trial version software / license or normal one?

 

in the last case have a look at the trouble shooting DSC SOL http://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/solutions/public/13000/900/sol13946.html

 

you can also search on dev central, this gets asked from time to time.
