HA sync status is showing disconnected in bigip LAB license

you have 2 seperate VM in same LAN segment? bcz for HA you have to define interfaces in same segment and ensure they can ping each other.

 

If they can ping each other, check if you have configured same interface in your HA config.

 

which version you have installed? v11.x? if yes, is device trust established?

 

you can do everything in LAB for LTM.
