GUI changes not reflecting CLI

Hi, I am integrating LDAP with BIG IP. My question is when I do the changes via GUI it is not replicating in cli. Everytime I have to log into CLI and configure and save the configuration manually.

Does it really happens that the changes done in GUI sometimes don't replicate in CLI but vice versa happens.
