GTM missing the session ID

Hi Team,

 

GTM is failing health checks intermittently for one of the VIP hosted in LTM at 3rd Party. I took packet capture on GTM and see these differences:

 

CLIENT HELLO: --> From GTM to LTM Session ID Length: 32 Session ID: 975c46d1c3721d0545b1df257b6f9af716363d51c0bf0d61... Cipher Suites Length: 52 Cipher Suites (26 suites)

 

SERVER HELLO --> From LTM to GTM Session ID Length: 0 Cipher Suite: TLS_NULL_WITH_NULL_NULL (0x0000) Compression Method: null (0)

 

LTM at vendor side is on 10.2.4 build and GTM is running on 11.4.2

 

We tried rebooting the LTM, enabling ssl renegotiation in the clientssl at LTM side. but nothing's helping us.
