GTM Listener - self or floating ip

a pair of GTMs are in A/S HA config. Should the listener be configured with the self ip or the floating ip addy?

 

I choose the floating ip address for obvious reasons. Anyone care to share their thoughts on this? I can't find any documentation indicating a best practice for this deployment. Partly because why would you deploy two GTMs in A/S...long story.
