GTM issues with upgrade from 10 to 11, active/active pair

We have a pair of GTM 1600 devices running 10.2.1 Build 511.0 Hotfix HF3. Need to upgrade to 11.6.0.0.0.401. I noticed something problematic though. What I thought would be a zero downtime upgrade ...

I think you might need to revisit your upgrade procedure. Assuming you have an active/standby pair, you need to force-offline the standby device properly for an upgrade; and for an upgrade from v10.* to v11.* you will definitely need to rebuild device trust in the process. Check the Release Notes of v11.6.0 and other documentation related to upgrade. Upgrade from v10 to v11 can be very complicated and needs careful planning.
