GTM issue when routing request to the DR Datacentre

Hi,

 

We have two Data centre DC and DR.

 

If do DC servers down request is going to DR servers and if we do nslookup of the VIP URL,still its showing private IP of DC for one location but all other location its showing VIP public IP of DR.

 

Pls.let me know why its happening ?

    Does this behavior persist after clearing your DNS server's cache? Have you opened a support case on this?

    Did not try..do we have to update Dr VIP private ip in dns server as well as..as we can see that there is only DC VIP private ip is updated..not opened any case..

    On public network gtm working fine.. But for on intranet for goindigo location its not working..request are not routing to the DR,when we do DC servers down..should we have to create a dns record of f5 listener ip locally...
