GTM issue when routing request to the DR Datacentre

Hi,   We have two Data centre DC and DR.   If do DC servers down request is going to DR servers and if we do nslookup of the VIP URL,still its showing private IP of DC for one location but all...

On public network gtm working fine.. But for on intranet for goindigo location its not working..request are not routing to the DR,when we do DC servers down..should we have to create a dns record of f5 listener ip locally...
