Are you trying to add the GTM using a MGMT IP That is in a route domain. or is it a self IP?

Not positive (and I'm still looking for corroboration) but I believe you need to configure BIG-IP server objects on the GTM system for each of the self IP addresses associated with the route domains on the LTM system. (That assumes that the self IPs are different for each route domain - for example, 192.168.1.10%1, 192.168.2.10%2, and 192.168.3.10%10, and not 10.10.1.5%1, 10.10.1.5%2, and 10.10.1.5%3). Then do a bigip_add for each of the servers using its self IP address without the route domain notation (for example, bigip_add 192.168.1.10, bigip_add 192.168.2.10, etc.).
