can we setup GTM and LTMs on the Same Viprion in Prod DMZ for Public externally accessible web servers

Yes you can.
But I don't... There's more flexibility if you separate the LTM and GTM into their own dedicated vCMP guests. While GTM and LTM tend to play nicely, sometimes you come up against small incompatibilities (e.g. you can't replace GTM's big3d with the one from EM, yet if you don't replace it on the LTM you can't get stats [Unless the BigIP version is sufficiently later than the EM that is].
Also with vCMP on the 2100 blades you only get 3.6GB of memory. This isn't enough too provision LTM/AVR and GTM all together. You need to do a 'double wide' guest (4 cores, 7.2GB) which takes just as many resources as separate GTM/LTM guests...
Plus another plus... if you have asymmetric licenses on your viprion chassis and only want to run GTM on SOME of your DMZ guests, you will have to increase the memory/core allocations on the guests WITHOUT GTM on them as well, or connection table mirroring won't be supported (Numbers of cores and memory must be identical for this to be supported apparently).
