GTM and LTM Communication Break

Hi All,

 

Greetings,

 

I am new to ADC, please help me in understanding that what could be the possible reason of LTM and GTM communication breaks.

 

Yesterday, i had a issue where user was getting Data Center 2 IP , instead of DC1.

 

GTM LB Method :- Global Availability Order :- 0 for DC1 and 1 for DC2. I have two members and both were up in GTM.

 

So, secondly , what could be the reason of giving DC2 IP instead of DC1.

    There could have been a flap. Have you checked the logs.

    Please share us the gtm pool setup here, mask any info if need be,

    tmsh list gtm pool

    Also the log files search result as well,

    cat /var/log/gtm | grep

    If the logs are logrotated, then run the below,

    zcat /var/log/gtm* | grep
