There could have been a flap. Have you checked the logs.

Please share us the gtm pool setup here, mask any info if need be,

tmsh list gtm pool

Also the log files search result as well,

cat /var/log/gtm | grep

If the logs are logrotated, then run the below,

zcat /var/log/gtm* | grep
