EmployeeI'm not Oracle expert but reading Oracle community stuffs, it could come from Cache or Oracle Home Path.
First try clearing JAR CACHE. -> Jinitiator Console -> Cache Tab -> Click the clear cache.
Else, check with your Oracle experts regarding Oracle Home path or other options.
On your LTM side, it seems connection is opened on both side (client and server). You do not need to change something on LTM at this point.
