May 09, 2012Getting Failover Log
Hello,
Does anybody have an experience getting Failover Log sent to a Syslog Server?
I would appreciate if anybody could share some info.
Thanks.
Rio

Failover logs are sent to /var/log/ltm by default. You can send all system logging to a remote syslog server by configuring one in the web UI (System > Logs > Configuration (toolbar) > Remote Logging). You can also customize remote syslog facilities if you need more granularity: SOL13333: Filtering log messages sent to remote syslog servers (11.x).
Hope that helps,
George
