you can get the ID with scan command

when HTTP_REQUEST {
     If the variable uri doesn't match the pattern or pool doesn't exist.
    if {![scan [HTTP::uri] {/sj-%[^/]} ID] || [ catch {pool "marketing-lead-${ID}"}]} {
        pool marketing-lead-default-pool
    } 
}
