Geolocation List in 11.3

The Geolocation Enforcement help item in version 11.3 shows the following description, is this backwards in the documentation or does the Disallowed column in the GUI actually allow access and the does the Allow column in the GUI actually disallow? It looks backwards, but am trying to verify before taking a Application Security policy out of transparent mode.

 

 

Geolocation List Displays the names of countries, divided into two lists:

• Disallowed Geolocations: Displays countries that may access the web application.
• Allowed Geolocations: Displays countries that may not access the web application.
