FTP server download limit problem

Hi to all, i have a customer with this problem:   it isn’t possible to upload files larger than approximately 3GB to our ftp servers.   We also have a server without a vip. Uploading a 4GB fil...

As Boneyard has said, we had a similar issue where the TCP Profile (Or was it FastL4...) Had a timeout value of X.... Because of this, as the F5 saw no SYN packets in the period, the connection was closed due to inactivity (Even though data was transferring)...

 

Might be worth investigating.
