fresh upgrade 1600 from 9.4 to 12

When i upgraded the Big-IP LTM 1600 from TMOS 9.4 to TMOS 12. I forgot to backup /config/bigpipe.license.

 

Now, the base registration key is lost so i couldn't activate lisence. Please help me how to get the Base Key or Lisense file for activation.
