FORWARD HTTP HEADER UTF-8 IRULE

I have an iRule forwards http respond from server to client (Cookie). At the server side the cookie value contains Unicode text but after collecting the http header and forwarding it to the client (with irule), the cookie value appears with question marks. Content-Type response header indicates UTF-8.

 

Do you have any ideas ?
