Formatting custom alerts in user_alert.conf

Using BIG-LTM.

 

Have user_alert.conf configured with custom traps based on content of /var/log/ltm. This works fine...

 

(Yes, we have seen https://support.f5.com/csp/article/K59616664 and all the related articles.)

 

I understand that the content of the Subject line is the entirety of the log entry from /var/log/ltm. I understand that there is no parsing of that log entry for variables.

 

What I'm looking for is anything that will help with the formatting/readibility of the "body" line.

 

Is the only option a single line of text with no formatting?

 

How are people solving sending alerts that are readable by non-technical team members? Can we include line breaks?
