I loaded a a new UCS file to the GTM 10.2 and restarted. Upon restarting I am not able to login to the system. I don't have the root password. Is there any way to get the password from the ucs file ??? Urgent

Your best bet would probably be to boot the box into single user mode and change the root password from there. You'll need physical access to the box to do this.
