Forcing Active Unit to standby form CLI
I need the force to standby CLI syntax? command?

The real issue I have is when trying to log in to the Active Unit's Web Interface the web page says "re-directing" then it get stuck on "Configuration Utility Restarting" so I figured if I force the active unit to standby, the standby unit will take over and I can reboot the unit with the Configuration Utility Restarting issue

of course, you can restart "problem" unit.

'restart sys service tomcat ' usually fixes the hung GUI without a reboot.
