fmod support

When trying to use expr { fmod (x,y) } I get the message unknown math function "fmod" under BIG-IP 13.1

 

TCL manual says that this is support as of Tcl 8.4 natively https://www.tcl.tk/man/tcl8.4/TclCmd/expr.htmM32

 

Anyone have a solution?
