Mar 03, 2010I suspect that your anti-virus may have falsely identified tunnelserver.exe as a threat and damaged it. Search for the F5 plug-in files on your local drive, delete them, and reconnect to Firepass which will prompt you to reinstall them. Make sure your anti-virus is "aware" that tunnelserver.exe is an exception. Also, try disabling your personal firewall.
