FirePass etwork access client Mac OS X

I'm trying to access our network using Mac OS 10.4. When I use a Windows PC my browser (Firefox) prompts me about downloading this client. On my iBook this doesn't happen (Firefox, Safari, Camino). I can't find any download links for this client on the net. Anyone an idea?

    I don't think that was the hotfix referenced by jstownsley.

     

     

    Install instead the 6.0.2 cumulative hotfix 2 (available as of 1/28) referenced in SOL8076 (Click here):

    If you still experience difficulty, open a case with F5 Support and report the issue.

    Sorry for not reacting sooner, but I haven't been able to contact the support department for this (I was on vacation). I will try the cumulative hotifix 2 as suggested by deb.

     

    In the meantime my workaround (as I mentioned in an earlier post) seems to work fine, too. But having it fixed at server level is preferable, of course.

    Hi guys im new to this and would like some assistance, I have a firepass box running firmware 6.0.2 and my new mac clients running leopard are unable to connect witht he following error messages:

     

    pppd deamon did not start

     

    safari error 38 -- this locks off my internet connection and i have to reboot the computer to get a connection

     

     

    all help would be appreciated

    In version 6.0.3 new plugins were introduced that work fine with Leopard clients. Don't try it with the Safari 4 Public Beta, that doesn't work. FF 3.x works fine.

    Since June last year I get numerous crashes with the F5 VPN plug-in on my Mac. Safari 4 crashes each time, Safari 3 most of the times, and Firefox crashes regularly when I use the VPN multiple times (the first time runs fine). Is there a solution for this? Will the sandboxing in 10.6 help?
