Hi!
First let me say that the iRule editor is a great tool and we find the features very useful. Our thanks go out to all the developers.
Here are some features that would be helpful for us. Maybe others will find them useful also. We currently use a number of BiGIPs at multiple sites and it would be nice to be able to manage the irules across all these devices. Things that would be useful are:
- a pull down list of devices so that we can connect to them easily
- ability to create groups of devices (to be used in the next two features)
- the ability to create/modify an irule and deploy them on multiple virtual servers on multiple devices or device groups
- the ability to compare irules on multiple devices or device groups to see if they are all the same version
- the ability export irules from different devices and store them separate subdirectories

I'm currently using multiple BigIPs and trying to find the best way to manage irules on them. I don't see the features you're mentioning in the last version of irule editor, but I would really appreciate them.
Have you found a way to, at least, deploy an irule on multiple devices?

Alexis.- If you want to deploy iRules to multiple devices, you can always use the Export feature to export the iRules from one BIG-IP, log out and back into another (or open a new iRule Editor instance), and then use the File Import to reload them to the secondary BIG-IP.
