Hi,
I would like to know the size of buffer reassemble of FastL4 VIP with the option reassemble fragments set to enable ?

Hey cyber123, reassembly actually occurs at the IP layer, so fastL4 doesn't have anything to do with that, just allows the reassembly to occur if necessary. - cyber_18706

Hello,
I want to use a fastL4 custom profile and enable the parameter “Reassemble IP Fragments”. But I need to know:
- What is the maximum number of fragment / amount of data that the system buffers for one IP packet?
- What is the maximum amount of data that the system buffers for all IP packets?
Customer context:
- My customer established one UDP session: Source IP, Destination IP, Source port, Destination port are identical, the difference can be made only by an applicative Layer (SIP). So I have only one Virtual session on my Load-Balancer.
- The UDP payload can reach 5 KBytes.
- The MTU is dynamical (PMTU_discovery enable on F5).
- The customer traffic is around 30 Mbits/s
Thank you for your help - JRahm

Courtesy of the development team, there can be no more than 4096 fragments in the system at any one time. - cyber_18706
