Failover object missing in traffic group

it should be like this.

these are known issues below. not sure if you are hitting it.

sol14104: The traffic group definition may be missing from the '/ ' and '/Common' partitions

sol14832: The traffic group definition may be missing from the '/ ' and '/Common' partitions after upgrading from BIG-IP 10.x to 11.4.0 or 11.4.1
