We are currently running 11.6 hotfix 6 and had an issue where the HA port lost connection. Does anyone know what would cause this? The cable that connects the HA pair was not unplugged, and there are no other symptoms other than the failover and the link loss.

The logs are not enough for RCA. Please paste the full logs starting from around 8:23 am . Do you see any core files generated. Do you have qkview uploaded to ihealth.f5.com. If so please provide the link. (Not sure If I can view it). iamczar_12961Please open a support ticket for this. Base from logs you've pasted, these units are in HA pair. When you open the support ticket, please provide the QKVIEW and host logs from both boxes.
